Alex is the Managing Director at Petra Capital Properties and a Registered Representative affiliated with Saxony Securities, Inc., leveraging nearly 35 years of extensive expertise in finance, real estate, and investor relations across public and private sectors.
Recognized for his ability to foster collaboration among individuals and teams, Alex maintains a proprietary “C-suite” database comprising trusted advisors and influential figures within the finance and real estate industries. His professional journey includes pivotal roles such as Executive Vice President and co-founder at Landmark Title Services Corp, a regional title insurance agency, and President of Capital Strategies Network, a company that provides investor relations counsel to entities listed on the NASDAQ National Market and OTCBB.
Alex’s leadership extends to his tenure as President, CEO, and Director of Across America Real Estate, a Nasdaq-listed public company. Holding FINRA Series 63 and 22 licenses, Alex previously held a Series 7 license and was a Certified Long-Term Care consultant.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Alex has dedicated more than 23 years as Scoutmaster of Troop 554. He has guided more than 80 registered scouts and 16 assistant scoutmasters, including mentoring 63 youths to achieve the esteemed rank of Eagle Scout. His commitment to scouting is reinforced by his own achievement as an Eagle Scout and recipient of the Silver Beaver award. Additionally, he actively engages in his church and serves on the board of directors for Urban Youth Ministries, an inner-city youth-focused organization.
Alex and his wife Mary Beth have three grown sons and six grandchildren. Living in Centennial, Colorado, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and participating in boot camp workouts.
