Meshell is Co-Founder of Petra Capital Properties and serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. She started her career as a CPA and audit manager for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., a former Big Eight accounting firm (merged and renamed in 1999 to KPMG). Meshell also helped manage and grow several of Petra’s predecessor companies and family enterprises, providing comprehensive business planning, budgeting, and financial accounting. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in accounting.

Meshell’s favorite pastime is enjoying her adult kids and supporting their life passions, including the joy of her many grand-puppies. In her free time, Meshell enjoys hiking and jogging in the beautiful scenic outdoors of Colorado.
